High risk areas which should be fully gained, since they may show evidence of termite damage, whether the place is furnished at the time of inspection, what termites we found on your property, what variety of termites we found, what sort of damage those termites do. Whether you've got old damage in your house and what extent of damage the house has had. Whether the house has been treated before and this is an important one, we tell you whether you should be doing a subterranean termite treatment recommendation. We might think it's essential, or strongly recommended or maybe it's not too bad at the present time, and you don't have to be too concerned about it. Whether your ant caps are alright. Wood rot, have you got any major wood rot around the place.
