Micropest Pest Control Sydney

There are some very unique and interesting areas in Beecroft with unique micro-climates, especially in some of the valleys down the end of Copeland’s Road. Along with these unique micro-climates you can find tropical plants like bananas and coconut trees growing quite healthily, unfortunately, if you have healthy tropical plants, you also have optimum conditions for termites, cockroaches, and rats.

The house I am working on at the present time has termites in the roof, walls and fences, and the subfloor of the house. They have caused extensive damage and unfortunately three years previous they had caused a lot more damage. My clients were told the termites had gone so they decided not to get their annual termite inspection. A fatal mistake to make. Neglect your annual termite inspection and you lose your service warranty.

Unfortunately, the termites had gone but the company that did the termite treatment had disappeared two years earlier. Upon investigation of the previous company that carried out the dodgy termite control treatment, I discovered they had no licenses or insurances. This is becoming more and more common in Sydney.

Bring it back to the present day, it is blatantly obvious that the termite pest control treatment was not administered correctly. The pest control of termites takes at least 12 years to master, large companies just can’t afford to pay money to experienced pest controllers. You have a considerable amount of fly by nighters out there running pest control business without licenses and insurances.
